AKOBEN

AKOBEN is the  "war horn". This adinkra symbol expresses vigilance and wariness.  Akoben is a horn used to sound a battle cry.  This served as a unifying force and rallying point for soldiers, reminding them of their cause and their commitment to each other.  A reminder for us to motivate and inspire ourselves and others to fight with courage and determination, even in the face of great adversity.
